His hobbies included bird watching, cribbage, 500, backgammon, listening to a wide array of music, and hanging out with his furry, man’s best friend, Bella. He enjoyed plants and all their wonders, growing many at home and caring for them daily at work. He loved to read and had a genuine love/hate for the Vikings and the Twins. He was a simple and kind man, and a highly intelligent man. Trivia was always a favorite at holiday gatherings and birthday celebrations, challenging the kids and grandkids every chance he could.

A memorial will be planned for a future date for immediate family. He will forever be missed and loved by so many. A special ‘Thank you’ to the care team at Health Partners Hospice for everything they provided and did for our beloved husband, father, brother, grandpa, uncle and friend.
