Stewart Takota Clow was born on Oct. 11, 1972, to Larry and Joan Clow in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. He was welcomed into Heaven on Nov. 10, 2022.
He lived most of his life in Salida, Colorado, where he graduated high school. He later moved with his family to North Platte where he worked as an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad. Stewart accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized. Stewart received his formal education at Salida High School.
After graduation, he became an EMT and later a paramedic. He worked at Denver General, St. Joseph’s and St. Anthony’s in Denver. At a very young age, Stewart loved hunting, fishing, woodworking and swimming. He competed in the Junior Olympics as a swimmer. Stewart also enjoyed being a part of the Scottish Rite, a Master Mason and a lifelong coach of sports.
Stewart was married to Lisa Clow in 1996. Through this union, they had three children Shaylee Miller, Shane Clow, and Shelbee Clow.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Shaun Clow.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Larry and Joan Clow of Oro Valley, Arizona; his sisters, Shari (Nate) Voss of Little Rock, Iowa, and Suzanne Coffer of Tucson, Arizona; his brother, Steve (Jody) Clow of Grand Junction, Colorado; daughter, Shaylee (Tanner) Miller and grandchildren, Torran and Tracen Miller of Haxtun, Colorado; his son, Shane (Maggie) Clow and grandson, Peter Clow of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughter, Shelbee Clow of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and other family and friends not mentioned.
