Sharline Fischer, the daughter of Elmer and Viola (Fischer) Fischer, was born on December 14, 1946, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. She attended school at Stark Township Country School through the 6th grade and finished her schooling at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Sleepy Eye. She worked for nearly 40 years at Kraft. Sharline was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye and in later years, Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
Nieces and nephews, and later great-nieces and great-nephews, blessed Sharline’s life with love and joy, and she loved keeping up with their activities. She enjoyed spending time in nature whether she was hiking, boating, or fishing and she had a fondness for animals. Traveling, especially with her family, geology, and native artifacts were additional interests of hers.
Sharline is survived by her sisters, Carol Fromm of Springfield and Junelle Hauth of New Ulm; former sister-in-law, Linda Fischer of Springfield; and her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews whom she cherished dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Gloria Fischer; brothers, Elmer Jr. and Thomas Fischer; brothers-in-law, Marvin Hauth and Gordon Fromm; and sister-in-law, Marilyn Fischer.
