Coach’s Comments (Ryan Hulke):
We came out and established ourselves right away and jumped on Central to grab a 18-0 lead with 9 minutes to play. Obviously as the girls started to figure out we were the more dominate team and they relax a little bit, but we forced them into 20 first half turnovers which resulted in 22 first half transition or points of turnovers. We were also 7 of 16 from the three points line in the first half so that helps also. We did exactly what we needed to do in a eight vs one seeded matchup. We came out focused and ready to play playoff basketball and coasted from there.
