The Sleepy Eye Fire Department responded to a garbage truck fire at 4:52 p.m. Sunday 6/21. The truck was owned by River View Sanitation and located near their new facility on the south end of Seneca property (former Del Monte Farm Shop).
No one was injured. The front end of the truck was destroyed.
Police said the cause of the fire was not known.
