On Wednesday, August 4, the Miss Sleepy Eye Royalty participated in Sibley County’s Royal Amazing Race, taking the area royalty to Fairfax, Gibbon, Winthrop, Gaylord and Arlington, competing in challenges and relay races. At the completion of the Royal Amazing Race, the Miss Sleepy Eye Royalty came out victorious, taking 1st Place with 15 points. They competed against ambassador/ royalty candidate teams from Fairfax, Gibbon, Winthrop, Gaylord, Sibley County, Belle Plaine and Jordan.
