Marian Phyllis Groff was born May 24, 1944 to Halvor and Verna (Johnson) Groff in Sleepy Eye. She graduated from Sleepy Eye Public High School. On October 22, 1974, Marian was united in marriage to Benjamin Tragner at St. George Catholic Church. Their union was blessed with two children, whom were raised on the family farm. Marian dedicated her life to taking care of her family by raising her children, helping Ben on the farm, and spending as much time as possible with her beloved grandchildren and great granddaughter. She loved every moment of it and continued to take care of her family even in the face of debilitating health issues that arose. She also enjoyed playing cards, going on car rides, watching tv, and listening to the radio. Marian will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Blessed be her memory.
