Abigail Krzmarzick and Mason Mathiowetz were this year’s winners of the Sleepy Eye Police Department’s bike raffle. Riders earned a free Dairy Queen cone and a chance to win a new bike from McCabe’s Ace Hardware if they were “busted” for riding safely including riding with a helmet on.
