Julio was born in Starr, TX on April 12, 1941, to Luciana Hernandez Beltran & Pablo Beltran. In adulthood, Julio moved to Minnesota and married Juanita Garcia on July 5, 1963, in Norman MN. Together, they raised six children. Julio was a hardworking man who proudly worked at Del Monte in Sleepy Eye for over 25 years.
