Thanks to the efforts of Central Region Cooperative securing a $5,000 donation from CHS (Cenex Harvest States Cooperatives), the Sleepy Eye Holiday Lights in Motion was able to build a handicap accessible wagon. The new wagon features a ramp which can be used to walk up for those unable to make the step up or for wheelchairs.
The wagon is used on special event nights which features a hay wagon and tractor style ride thru and behind the light show.
Ryan and Jane Fischer helped test the ramp and wagon a few nights before it was used. As you can see, both them as well as those who rode in it on opening night had a great time.
