Emmett attends American Farm Bureau Conference

Katie Emmett, Ag. Teacher at Sleepy Eye Public, attended the American Farm Bureau Conference in San Antonio, TX January 24-29, 2025.

Emmett attended the conference as the winner of the Minnesota Farm Bureau FFA Advisor of the Year Award. She was able to participate in educational workshops to advance her leadership skills and gain deep insight into the trends and realities impacting food production.

Emmett was able to witness cutting edge innovation in agriculture, learn a lot about Ag. policy, hear from powerful speakers, and explore the trade show. She also participated in idea sharing with other state and county Farm Bureaus.
