Maintenance Technician
Full time or part time if preferred.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma;
Second Class C Boilers License,
or the willingness to obtain; knowledge of
various building systems;
basic carpentry skills; safely operate
equipment; sense of responsibility,
integrity, and good work habits;
ability to cooperate and work well
with elderly and disabled tenants.
Position may involve heavy lifting
and moving 25 pounds or more;
assisting tenants in emergency
situations; possible evening/weekend hours.
$22.00-$26.00/hr DOQ; competitive benefits.
