The Divine Providence Community Home Sisters and Grandfriends excitedly gathered outside their rooms and down hallways to meet a week-old lamb brought by John Holles and Alana Feser of Springfield, MN.
DPCH Grandfriends were thrilled to be able to stroke, hold and reminisce about the lamb. Some of our Grandfriends even wanted to keep them with serious and fun comments such as from Mary Sellner who said, “Don’t you know, Mary had a little lamb?”
The Grandfriends were appreciative of the extra time and care taken by Holles and Feser to bring this experience to their home while respecting Covid protocol. Many of the Grandfriends have a rich farming experience which included raising sheep and the lamb won all hearts and memories.
