 This annual event, the SEMC 5K Run/Walk for Health, promotes a fun healthy activity for people of all ages and fitness levels.  There is a registration fee and participants will receive a T-shirt and healthy snack breakfast.  Pre-registration by April 30 is requested.  All proceeds from the event go to the Wellness Programs of all three elementary schools in Sleepy Eye.

To get a registration form go to the SEMC website, www.semedicalcenter.org, and click on the link on the home page or you can stop by the main desk in the Clinic lobby and pick up a copy.

Business Sponsorship Opportunities

Business sponsorships of the 5K Run/Walk for Health are available. Your donation can help the Sleepy Eye Healthcare Foundation to defray event expenses, and at the same time promote your business with your logo on the back of the race T-shirts. A minimum donation of $50 is suggested, but any amount is most appreciated.
