Allen Quist won the Brown County vote for First District congressional race over fellow Republican challenger Mike Parry. The two are vying for the GOP spot on the general election against Democratic incumbent Tim Walz
Quist received 532 votes, or 58.6 percent of the vote, while Parry had 375 votes.
Brown County reported 1,340 voters participating in the primary out of 14,318 registered voters. Voter turnout was 10.69 percent for the primary.
