The framework was laid Monday for the cement work at the new Veteran’s Park (located on Main Street, to the east of Goettig & Ruddy Accounting firm.)
With the guidance of the Economic Development Authority, the community is working toward building this park to honor our community’s veterans.
Businesses, organization and individuals are invited to help make Veteran’s Park a reality through generous donations. The LA. Amundson Family Philanthropy Partnership through First Security Bank has set up a matching grant of $13,500.
Donations are being accepted and will be recognized at the following levels: General $1-$99; Bronze $100-$499; Silver $500-$999; Gold $1,000-$4,999 and Platinum $5,000+.
This wishing to donate can mail or drop off donations at 200 East Main St. (City Office Building.)
