Ron Fischer has been selected to receive free fuel from “Tanks of Thanks”. a program, sponsored by Cenex, that rewards people who do good deeds to help make their community a little bit better.
Ron was nominated by his daughter.
“My dad has always been there for me. He and my mom have always supported me throughout my life. He currently has been chaperoning me to my medical appointments after being diagnosed with cancer. He picks me up, drives me to the cities, sits patiently in the waiting rooms and takes me to lunch. He has taken a huge load off my mind.” said Cathy Fischer.
The Tanks of Thanks program from Cenex encourages people to nominate friends, family and neighbors for free fuel as a way to say thank you for doing good in the community. Each month, 100 nominees are randomly selected to receive free fuel from the Tanks of Thanks program.
Fischer was selected to receive a $50 Tanks of Thanks gift card redeemable at any Cenex location.
