• Approved variance to Sleepy Eye Repair for a three foot setback for a new 10′ addition they will be adding to their current structure. Rules require a 7.5 foot setback.
• Approved the purchase of a skid loader for the Parks Dept. from United Farmer’s Co-Op of Lafayette at a cost of $14, 918 including trade in of their current skid loader
• Approved a resolution for $1,812,144 to be used for the infrastructure of the Snow Farm property ($88,843 will be paid by MNDOT. ) The improvement will include extending Walnut Street (it will not be continuous with the current street but rather start again on the property), Lining up access to the property off of 12th street as well as water and sewer hook up and the building of a pond. 
• Approved a gambling permit for the Sleepy Eye Chamber of Commerce Corn Days Raffle.
