A 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Madlyn McMullen, 16, Sleepy Eye, received moderate damage after it went into a ditch and rolled over on County Road 27, on the curves three miles east of Sleepy Eye. The incident occured at 12:31 p.m. Friday 5/11.
McMullen was traveling west on 27 too fast, hit the shoulder, lost control, entered ditch and rolled twice. McMullen was wearing a seat belt. She was taken to the Sleepy Eye Medical Center after suffering minor injuries. Sleepy Eye Ambulance and Fire Departments responded to the accident.
